10K AND ~LPAGAN401 IS THE LUCKY 10,000TH VIEWER! [link]

He has been featured in my journal. He draws and photographs awesome, tricked-out cars. Be sure to visit his gallery!

:iconexcitedplz:

OK everybody. Here's the deal. I replied to *SULTRYBABY's journal. Now here are the rules:

For each of the 15 first people answering this journal I will put his/her avatar and the three deviations I like from his/her/its gallery on the list.

If you answer, you'll have to do the same in your journal, putting me on the first place, completing this way the list with 15 people. The idea of this is not to get a free feature, it is to spread art around for everyone.

(God David! What is it with you and these stupid journal tags)

OK OK! I am not really a stickler for rules. I will feature 15 responders anyway, but it would be nice to spread the love as in the aforementioned "cut-and-pasted" rules.

Judy, you are the one who started this journal of mine. I have been watching you for a while now. I really love your animal drawings. If I may add a special note: My thoughts and prayers go out to your husband, Carmelo. I wish you and him well. Now everyone take a look at her cool drawings.

:star:SWEDEN FTW:star:

I have posted the long-awaited photos from my trip to Sweden. Thanks for all the patience. The only catch is you need to go into my scraps to see them as I thought them to be to numerous and almost "touristy" to place in my main gallery. I may post more soon but my fingers are tired for now.

PLUS:

My internet is up and running again. WOOT For those of you who don't know, I have been having problems with my internet connection for the past three or four months. It would cut in and out sporadically. I have called the ISP (Comcast) a couple times and this time the tech came out and ran some tests. I don't know why the previous tech did not. He came to the conclusion that I had a bad splitter (I used to have cable TV - this is why I have a splitter) and it needed replaced. He replaced it and said that I should be able to get a consistent signal, which I have had so far.

FINALLY SOME ART!

OK. I know I have been ridiculously inactive in posting any drawings within the past several months. I now have a finished drawing of some rocks. These are no just any rocks mind you; these are very colorful and wonderfully textured rocks that I drew using Prismacolor pencils and black paper. Now I just have to get it photographed at work. I am afraid my camera just won't deliver the quality I want.

OK. I know I have been very inactive in my postings on this site save for some snapshots of old radios. I am currently finishing the background of an old colored pencil drawing on black paper of some jagged, colorful rocks. It is looking good, especially considering I am doing the BG with no reference photo. :P

Regarding my visit to Nyköping, Sweden.

I have not posted a majority of the photos I took while I was in Sweden, but I thought they would just seen like something that belonged on my Facebook (I do have a Sweden album there). Some of them are artistic to a small degree, but are mainly happy memories in jpeg form. IDK. What do you, my watchers, think? Do you want me to flood your inboxes with nifty photos of my vacation in Sweden? Unfortunately I will not be posting any photos of Susanna because she asked me not to.

I am keeping Susanna company at her job right now so I have a lot of free time. I might as well update my journal. As most of you know, I have been in Sweden now for over a week. It will be hard to go back home to the States... and my lame-ass job.

Ok. Susanna lives in her own flat in Nyköping and I am really enjoying her town. We have been doing a LOT of walking. At first my feet and legs really hurt but then I gradually got used to all that walking. I have taken walks before, but not through forrests where there are steep inclines and Susanna walks really fast. LOL! I thought I was in shape. I thought wrong. Nyköping is an small town full of old buildings, medieval style churches and castle ruins. I got to lay out in a field near the old castle ruins with Susanna. We nearly fell asleep. The weather was actually being agreeable that day. We finally left the field once some actors started some kind of play near us. They were dressed up as court jesters. It was pretty nifty.

Susanna has been keeping my well nurished! She is a real good cook. She is used to eating such small portions and having very few items in her refridgerator. Now she keeps it fully stocked as I have a huge appitite. Well... I think I need to wrap up this journal. I think her boss needs to get on his computer. LOL. Oh well. I will keep you fine folks poster on further news.

Cheers

OK. I finally went with my cousin ~Mechagliel to see Star Trek. It kicked so much ass! I wish I was in the mood to write more, but I need to get ready to go to the gym in a few. I would recommend this movie to all my Trekie and even non-trekie watchers. I may have more on this movie later. I even encourage those of you who did not like the movie to speak up and give a critique... or not. Anywho, I needed an excuse to get rid of my sad "Art Lull" journal.

-That is all. :P
